We are looking for a Paint Process Engineer to take part in Hyundai Assan İzmit Plant located in Kocaeli;

We Want You To

• Support production and engineering team with production and quality problems
• Propose budget for investment of new equipment and drive these investments
• Produce written reports and make presentations
• To take an active role in the solution of quality complaints (to find root cause, 4M analysis and to take permanent measures, etc.)
• Participating in problem solving teams, execute process improvement projects
• Decide, implement and manage KPI (key performance indicators)

You Will Also Need To Have

• University degree (BS/MS) preferably in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities.
• 0-3 years’ experience in relevant automotive industry.
• Advanced level of English in writing and speaking.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, additional computer skill are plus.
• Excellent ability to use CAD software and also understand 2D or 3D design prints (preferably Autodesk AutoCAD, Catia).
• Knowledge of a wide range of problem solving tools & methods, including statistics, combined with the ability to select & apply them to make data based decisions to sustain higher levels of production quality.
• Willing to work the shop floor for sustainable problem solving.
• Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
• Reside or Willing to reside in Kocaeli.
