a) The identity of the person making the notification will be kept confidential at all times, except for any legal action where the declaration is required.
b) As a policy, the company strongly condemns all kinds of discrimination, harassment or other unfair employment practices against persons who make a notification after the notification made under this policy. Under this policy, the person making the notification will not be treated unfairly in any way and will make sure that the company provides him/ her with full protection against:
- -Unfair employment practices such as retaliation, threats or intimidation
- -Termination / suspension of employment
- -Transfer, lowering the rank, blocking promotion, etc. including disciplinary action
- -Direct or indirect abuse of authority to prevent the person reporting non-compliance from continuing to perform his / her duties / functions during daily routine operations
