Quality Policy

At HAOS, our main target is to produce high quality products in compliance with the competitive environment and quality management standards in the global market. In this direction, we define quality goals in every process & produce according to these goals, HMC standard & legal requirements. Our suppliers are contributing product directly and they produce according to our determined criteria. Each HAOS member et every level, fulfills the requirements of the quality management system and always takes action to improve its effectiveness. With the contribution and support of their teams managers are also responsible for the implementation of the quality management system.

Our customers are part of our Hyundai family, we are committed to becoming a lifetime partner in automobiles and beyond. While providing innovative mobility solutions for a better future; quality is one of the primer important criteria.

Hyundai Assan plant was rewarded with 5-Star Quality Award among 33 Hyundai and Kia plants in 2018. The i10 & i20 we manufacture have been appreciated and rewarded by various institutions in Europe.

WRC : The body and infrastructure of Hyundai i20 Coupe were produced in Izmit, completed the 2019 WRC World Rally Championship as the champion in the brand category. The team finished the race in 4 different countries with first place. In addition, the Hyundai Team continues its claim by taking the podium 13 times, reached a total of 380 points, marking a first in the history of the brand.

Auto Bild ve Schwacke : In 2020, the new i10 became the "Value Champion of 2020" among urban small vehicles. The award shows that the i10 vehicle has established itself in the market with stable and consistent value in the regional market.

Honest John : i10 has been selected the "Highest Voted Vehicle" in the elections held with the use of online votes sorting system based on factors such as comfort, reliability and fuel economy. The vehicle was interpreted as admiring by receiving 5-Star feedback from the users.

Auto Bild TÜV Report : After examining 8.8 million reports & the distinction of the year, model and category of the vehicles, they are evaluated according to the failure rate. The i20 realizes its quality promise by gaining the "Best Compact Vehicle Award" with 3% failure rate.
